Adding Swell to Zoom

To connect Swell and Zoom, simply log into Swell using your Zoom account. You will be asked to confirm and accept some permissions.

Using Swell and Zoom

1. When you create a new Survey in Zoom, you will see a list of your Zoom channels. Simply select the channels to which you want to deliver your survey.
2. Based on your scheduling preferences, Swell will deliver your survey directly to users in their Zoom chat.
3. Your users will be able to respond to your surveys directly from their Zoom chat.
4. You can then view the results of your survey in Swell.

Removing Swell from Zoom

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the Swell app.
3. Click the Swell app.
4. Click Remove.
